A Little About Us

My love of gardens started many years ago when I was a young boy. I spent countless happy hours helping my Grandad with his gardening business on a Saturday. He had a little wooden sign in his van which he’d carved saying ‘Grassroots’. I always knew one day I wanted to have my own business and call it Grassroots.

Grassroots Maintenance was established in 2004. I purchased my first van and began cutting lawns. I continued to grow and expand my business over the years and began to take on larger landscaping jobs as well as continuing the maintenance work.

In 2021 we felt it was time for a rebrand so we decided to rename the business Grassroots Gardens.

We take great pride in our work and we enjoy creating gardens which you will want to spend time in. We offer a hardworking, reliable service which meets your needs and matches your budget expectations. We use locally supplied materials which offer a high quality product and finish. If you are lacking inspiration we can offer many options and ideas to improve your garden and can also provide after care if needed. Even if you are happy to maintain your own garden we will happily offer advice.
